Hi, I’m Olivia

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC, #17895) offering in person and virtual counselling services. I am currently working toward registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia (CHCPBC) (Formerly the College of Psychologists of British Columbia) under the supervision of Dr. Tricia Teeft (R.Psych. #2414).

I support individuals navigating a wide range of experiences, including concerns related to sexuality, gender, identity, open or non-monogamous relationships, anxiety, depression, perinatal concerns, and life transitions. My approach is open, non-judgmental, and collaborative. I aim to help clients deepen their self-understanding and build the insight needed to make meaningful choices in their lives.

As a queer, nonbinary therapist, my training and lived experience inform how I hold space for clients exploring identity and relationship challenges. I aim to approach my work with cultural humility, striving to understand each person’s unique story and social context.

My therapeutic work draws primarily from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Existential Therapy, and Somatic approaches.
